Throughout his career, Dale has brought valuable expertise to a range of respected firms, including Mages Group, Tim Beaty Builders., DBR Construction Group, Pharlap Construction, R.A.C. Construction, D Metal Buildings, and KDB Custom Contracting. His background spans a broad range of responsibilities—from sales and operations to finance, HR, and quality control—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the construction industry. This experience is further supported by his ongoing commitment to professional education, enabling him to stay at the forefront of industry best practices.

In addition to his professional career, Dale has served as a dedicated member of the Ponder ISD School Board for 15 years, contributing his strategic thinking and community-focused mindset to the board. Shane’s diverse background with companies like Mages Group, USTGC, Design Engineering and Consulting Group, Buter Buildings Group, Centex Commercial, and Christian-Jimeson Custom Homes, has shaped him into a multidimensional leader skilled at managing both operational complexities and financial intricacies to drive our company’s success.

Shane’s deep expertise in construction management, combined with his extensive knowledge of engineering, architecture, and building materials, positions him as a forward-thinking leader who consistently brings projects to life efficiently and with the highest standards. As a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver, Shane is known for his ability to meet demanding objectives while building collaboration across all levels. His proficiency in P&L management, estimating, cost control, and CRM, along with his skill in budget preparation and financial planning, ensures our operations are both strategically sound and financially optimized.
