Project Overview:

The project involved the comprehensive design and construction of a new 4,500  square-foot home for the Stutt Family Trust. This undertaking was necessitated by the demolition  of an existing residence that was severely damaged by a fire.

Scope of Work:

  • Demolition: Demolished the existing fire-damaged structure to clear the site for new  construction. Demolished and filled in existing pull. 
  • Site Preparation and Foundation: Expanded and reinforced the existing concrete slab to support  the new home. Performed saw-cutting to integrate new plumbing into the expanded foundation,  ensuring compliance with modern standards. 
  • Design and Construction: Designed and built a custom home tailored to meet ADA (Americans  with Disabilities Act) requirements, ensuring accessibility for an individual with specific ADA  needs. Included features such as accessible entrances, ramps, widened doorways, and adaptable  interior spaces. Included a reinforced storm room with a door that will allow a bed in it incase of  tornados.
