The project involved the new construction of an access road connecting Interstate 35 (I-35) to Refinery Road through the Clear Creek Crossing development in Gainesville, Texas. This access road serves as a key transportation route and is now officially recognized as an extension of Berend Street.
The development site is home to the operational headquarters of First State Bank, as well as major commercial establishments including Panda Express, Whataburger, and Chick-fil A. The construction of this access road was a critical infrastructure project aimed at improving traffic flow and accessibility within the growing commercial and retail hub.
