The renovation project involved the complete overhaul and modernization of the second floor of the First State Bank’s California Street Branch in Gainesville, Texas. The space is dedicated to the bank’s lending and trust departments, requiring a design that reflects both professionalism and functionality to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Key Work Performed:
- Demolition: Removed existing partitions, flooring, and outdated infrastructure to create an open layout, optimizing the space for improved workflow.
- Interior Finishes: Installed high-end finishes, including durable commercial-grade carpeting, custom woodwork, and acoustic ceiling tiles, designed to improve both aesthetic appeal and acoustic performance.
- Electrical and Data Upgrades: Integrated modernized electrical systems with energy efficient lighting, as well as upgraded data and communications infrastructure to meet the department’s operational needs.
- HVAC and Plumbing Enhancements: Updated HVAC systems to ensure adequate climate control, tailored to the needs of office spaces. Plumbing modifications were made to accommodate new breakroom facilities.
- Conference Rooms and Offices: Built new conference rooms and private offices, equipped with state-of-the-art AV systems and custom furnishings to foster a comfortable and collaborative environment.
- Security and Safety Improvements: Installed advanced security systems, including keycard access, security cameras, and fire safety upgrades, ensuring compliance with banking industry standards.
