This renovation project involved the full-scale modernization of the historic sanctuary of the First Baptist Church of Gainesville, originally built in 1952. The project focused on upgrading both the aesthetics and functionality of the facility, while preserving its historical integrity.

- Ceiling Upgrade: Replaced outdated acoustic ceiling tiles (ACT) with elegant wood ceilings, enhancing the visual appeal and acoustic quality of the sanctuary.
- Seating Transformation: Converted traditional pew seating into modern stadium-style seating, offering improved comfort and sightlines for congregants.
- Electrical & Lighting: Implemented comprehensive electrical upgrades, including the installation of modern lighting fixtures to improve visibility and ambiance.
- Waterproofing: Applied advanced waterproofing techniques to protect the building from moisture damage, ensuring long-term structural integrity.
- Flooring: Installed contemporary flooring solutions that align with the sanctuary’s updated aesthetic, providing a durable and visually appealing finish.
- Painting: Applied fresh paint throughout the sanctuary, creating a bright, clean, and welcoming environment.
