Project Description:

The project involved the construction of a new 25,000 square-foot  facility for Caliber Collision in Frisco, Texas. This state-of-the-art facility includes both office  spaces and a dedicated vehicle repair body shop designed to enhance operational  efficiency and customer service.

Scope of Work:

  • Site Development:
    Land Clearing and Grading: Preparation of the site including removal of existing vegetation,  grading, and excavation to ensure a stable foundation.
  • Utilities Installation: Installation of essential utilities including water, sewer, electrical, and  telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Paving: Construction of parking lots and access roads with durable paving materials to  support high vehicle traffic. 
  • Building Construction:
  • Foundation and Structure: Construction of a reinforced concrete foundation and steel frame  structure to support the building’s large span and equipment loads.
  • Exterior: Installation of a modern facade with high-quality materials for aesthetics and  durability. Includes insulated panels, glass windows, and entry doors.
  • Interior Spaces: Development of office areas featuring open-plan layouts, meeting rooms,  administrative offices, and break rooms. The vehicle repair shop includes specialized bays  for vehicle servicing, equipment storage, and a parts counter.
  • HVAC and Electrical Systems: Implementation of an advanced HVAC system for climate  control and energy efficiency, along with a comprehensive electrical system to power  machinery and office equipment.
  • Safety Features: Installation of fire suppression systems, security alarms, and surveillance  cameras to ensure the safety of both personnel and property. 
  • Landscaping and Finishing Touches:
  • Landscaping: Design and execution of landscaping plans to enhance the visual appeal of the  site, including planting trees, shrubs, and grass.
