This renovation project involved both exterior and interior updates to transform the existing Cable One facility into a modern Sparklight brand location. The work included the following key components:
Exterior Renovation:
- Facade Upgrade: Replaced the original pre-engineered metal building facade with a contemporary stucco facade. The new design features updated architectural elements to align with Sparklight’s branding and aesthetic standards.
- Storefront Redesign: Installed a new, modern storefront to enhance the facility’s visual appeal and improve customer accessibility.
Interior Renovation:
- Front Foyer: Constructed a new, welcoming front foyer to create a positive first impression and provide a functional entryway for visitors.
- Office Spaces: Reconfigured and renovated office areas to accommodate Sparklight’s operational needs, featuring updated workspaces and meeting rooms.
- Breakroom: Designed and built a new breakroom for employee use, equipped with modern amenities and a comfortable layout.
- Restrooms: Upgraded restrooms to meet current standards and provide a more pleasant experience for both staff and visitors.
Challenges and Solutions:
