This project involved the ground-up construction of a 28,750 square-foot operations facility for Hunting-Titan, LLC, located in Odessa, Texas. The scope of work included compre hensive site development, which consisted of grading, drainage, and utility install ation. In addition, the project required full site paving to accommodate operational traffic, including access roads, parking areas, and truck loading zones.
Scope of Work:
- Building Construction: The operations facility was constructed to meet the specific needs of Hunting-Titan, providing state-of-the-art features for office, storage, and operational functions. The building was designed for durability and efficiency, utilizing high-quality materials and construction methods to ensure long-term performance in a demanding industrial environment.
