This project involved the ground-up construction of a 33,529 square-foot operations facility for Texas Specialty Sands, LLC, located in Odessa, Texas. The scope of work included comprehensive site development, which consisted of grading, drainage, and utility installation. In addition, the project required full site paving to accommodate operational traffic, including access roads, parking areas, and truck loading zones.
